Teacher Support
We take our responsibility to support teachers very seriously in the Face to Faith programme.
The teachers who are delivering the programme in schools are the most important members of the whole team – without their dedication and hard work, everything would fail. We provide a range of different support for teachers.
Support from country coordinators
Teachers are supported by their country coordinator, who is always best placed to assist with enquiries, particularly to those related to the requirements and needs of the country. Country coordinators are available to visit and support schools, but also offer training events that bring our community of teachers together. There are also identified lead schools in every country, who have considerable experience of delivering the programme, and whom we have identified as representing best practice. Lead schools will always welcome visits from other teachers, in order to help them develop their skills.
Support from the Face to Faith global community

Teachers have regular access, through the website, to a global community of professionals who are all working on the programme, often in very different circumstances, and we encourage teachers to build relationships and share their experiences with one another in this forum. The website also holds all the teaching resources for the programme, which are updated and refined on a regular basis.
The Face to Faith team provides practical workshops for teachers, but also regular online support. There are two professional development videoconferences every month that allow teachers to top up their skills and ask questions. The team are also always available, via email or skype, to support teachers in their schools.
